Group Overview |
The Property Care Ministry Group is responsible for training and organizing volunteers from the congregation into a workforce for planning, designing, maintaining cleaning, and modifying the buildings and grounds belonging to Santa Fe Christian Church. This group is also responsible for the security of the grounds and facilities and for the proper use of the utilities associated with them. This ministry group accomplishes these responsibilities through a division of labor organized along functional lines.
The primary goal of the Property Care Ministry Group is ensure that the grounds, structures, and other facilities owned by Santa Fe christian church are functional and present a well maintained, pleasing appearance to members, guests, and the general community. Secondary goals include planning and preparing for future needs, ensuring the proper conservation of resources such as heat, air, water, and electricity; and overseeing the security of SFCC assets.
This group is composed of 5 the functionally aligned ministries listed below. Some of the ministries are broken down further into teams of volunteers for scheduling or functional workload practicalities.
