Development Ministry

Purpose

This ministry is responsible for short, intermediate, and long range planning for future development and expansion of SFCC properties and facilities. It is also responsible for overseeing modifications to existing properties and facilities.

Teams

• Modification Team - Responsible for short term planning and for overseeing modifications to existing facilities. This includes but is not limited to making changes to floor plans, remodeling rooms, upgrading rooms, and reconfiguring or expanding existing systems. This team is also responsible for planting and overseeing volunteer "Work Days" when there is a need to accomplish large amounts of work in these areas.
• Development Team - Responsible for long and intermediate range planning for the design, construction, and purchase of property and facilities to accommodate the growth and future needs of SFCC. One of the primary goals of this team is to periodically review current construction plans and projects to ensure that they take future needs into consideration; especially with regard to positioning and location of the projects.
