The "Mixed Nuts" Small Group

Our small group IS a little nutty at times. But then again it's been said that a little nuttiness can keep you sane. We believe in sharing the joy in each others lives as well as the pain, stress, and everyday things. Having Christian brothers and sisters who really care about what's going on in your life can make all the difference in the world. And knowing you can depend on them when you need help and understanding is what turns the members of our small group into family.

We come together most every Friday evening to meet, greet, eat, and study. Our current study is an in-depth look at the books of first and second Samuel. With well known stories not just about the prophet Samuel, but also about Saul, (Israel's first king) and his servant David (Israel's next king), David and a giant named Goliath, David and Saul's son Jonathon; wars with the Phillistines; royal murders, the capture and return of the Ark, wars with the Ammonites, David and Bathsheba, palace conspiracies and lots more; these two books have plenty of things to dig into.
